Dissertação Identificação de barreiras e facilitadores em projetos educacionais no setor espacial brasileiro: um estudo sobre os desafios e oportunidades(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2024-12-27) Montenegro, Adriane Chaves Lima; Almeida, Mariana Rodrigues de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7356242205950550; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9847455502573020; Veloso, Aline Bessa; Vivacqua, Carla AlmeidaThe good performance of an educational project depends on some important factors such as investments, team knowledge and structure. However, there are realities ranging from local limitations to the impossibility of teaching the content due to students not having basic knowledge. In this scenario, the university is one of the important social actors that act from the educational process to the complete functioning of the triple helix, being the central agent of the knowledge infrastructure. The objective of this dissertation is to identify the facilitating and limiting factors for the performance of educational projects aimed at the space area, validating the variables through questionnaires answered by coordinators, monitors, teachers and students of projects promoted by AEB. The variables found were organized into clusters, with five groups of barriers: Government Actions; Structure; Financial incentive; Team; and Deliveries. For the facilitators, there were six clusters, four equal to the barriers with the addition of Social Impact; and Basic Education. A total of 75 responses were obtained. The results of the research show that the main challenges include available financial resources, followed by government actions and difficulties in deliveries. Excessive bureaucracy, lack of synchronization in calendars, limited budget and teacher overload were identified as critical challenges. The most relevant facilitators include cooperation between agencies, planning and coordination of the project aligned with school activities, students with greater problem-solving skills and students who are more dedicated and willing to learn. The results demonstrate that strategic alignment between government, academia and industry can mitigate barriers and maximize the social and technological impact of projects. The analysis shows that targeted investments and integrated public policies at multiple levels of government should consider state and municipal limitations, promoting greater efficiency and innovation in the Brazilian aerospace sector through strategic investments.
