Master Thesis Análise técnica da incorporação do resíduo do beneficiamento da scheelita: reciclagem profunda de pavimento in situ com estabilização granulométrica(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-02-03) Rolemberg, George Luis Moraes; Ingunza, Maria Del Pilar Durante; Rodrigues, John Kennedy Guedes; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0340-5567; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7834302744515283; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6994-7559; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1925954531585024; https://orcid.org/0009-0003-9969-3096; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2263029510011284; Santos Júnior, Olavo Francisco dos; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7552-6646; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1573496204231636; Amorim, Enio Fernandes; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7386-3956; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3436413268425331Brazil has the road transport mode as its predominant one, accounting for about 60% of all active transport modes in the country. However, this large share does not reflect the quality of its highways. According to the latest survey by the National Confederation of Transport (CNT) (2025), most of the paved network shows defects, causing losses for those who use these roads. To correct pavement defects, several methods are employed, with Full Depht Reclamation (FDR) being one of the most commonly used due to its economic and sustainable advantages, as it allows the reuse of materials and eliminates the need for new inputs. Several studies have been conducted to analyze the feasibility of using waste and byproducts in civil engineering, and waste from scheelite beneficiation is one of them. The scheelite beneficiation process generates large volumes of waste that are disposed of in open areas, causing various environmental impacts. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the feasibility of incorporating this mineral waste into the FDR process. Recycled mixtures were prepared by adding waste, Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), and crushed stone to the base materials collected from km 51.16 and km 51.60 of the BR-427/RN highway, executing physical and mechanical tests like grain sizes, Atterberg Limits and Califórnia Bearing Ratio (CBR). The mixture composed of, Base + 50% RAP + 15% Crushed Stone 19 + 20% Waste, met all the physical and mechanical parameters required by the standard DNIT 141/2022 – ES. Resilient Modulus (MR) tests were also performed for mixture M2 at km 51.16 and km 51.60, yielding average values of 475 MPa and 354 MPa, respectively, exceeding the average value of 250 MPa for Crushed aggregate, a material commonly used in granular pavement layers. The regression models obtained for the materials showed a predominant influence of confining stress (σ₃) on MR values, consistent with their Unbound granular nature. A mechanistic analysis was additionally carried out considering pavement rehabilitation using a recycled base designed with mixture M2 at km 51.16. The performance of this solution was compared with that of an equivalent pavement structure in which the deteriorated base layer was replaced by Crushed aggregates. The results demonstrated that the pavement structure incorporating the recycled base with scheelite residue met all established failure criteria.Master Thesis Autoscopia na formação docente: reflexão da prática pedagógica com crianças com autismo na educação infantil(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-11) Santos, Larissa Bezerra dos; Araújo, Jacyene Melo de Oliveira; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8170-7961; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7383148053596046; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5170493652617239; Pedrino, Mariana Cristina; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0941-4050; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2217597752295003; Gonçalves, Adriana Garcia; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5725-2001; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3907378784787581; Cenci, Adriane; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9828410515704583; Nunes, Debora Regina de PaulaIn recent years, a significant increase has been observed in the proportion of enrollments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), who are entering basic education at increasingly earlier ages. In this context, merely ensuring the right to enrollment is not sufficient to guarantee inclusive education. One of the main challenges to the effective inclusion of students with ASD is the precariousness of continuing professional development for teachers who work with this population. Studies highlight reflection on one’s own teaching practice as a fundamental factor in teachers’ professional development processes. This reflective stance toward teaching practice leads to the use of autoscopy, which consists of a formative procedure based on the recording and subsequent analysis of one’s own professional practice, allowing individuals to observe themselves in action and critically reflect on their behaviors, decisions, and strategies, thereby fostering processes of awareness and re-signification of practice. The main objective of this research is to investigate how the autoscopic process, when used as a tool in teacher education, supports the pedagogical practice of teachers of children with ASD. The study involved an early childhood education teacher and a child with ASD enrolled in a class at a Municipal Early Childhood Education Center in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The study was grounded in a qualitative, participatory approach. Autoscopy was organized around four actions of the reflective process: describing, informing, confronting, and reconstructing. The teacher’s verbal accounts obtained through autoscopy constituted the material submitted to Content Analysis. The category considered was formative needs, with the following subcategories: communication, planning, and assessment. The results indicate that autoscopy, when used as a tool in teacher education, provides a space for critical and formative reflection, enabling teachers to recognize limitations and identify alternatives for the implementation of inclusive practices, while also highlighting the importance of continuing professional development within the workplace itself.Master Thesis Pensando o Desenho Universal para Aprendizagem: curso de formação de professores do Ensino Médio das áreas de Ciências da Natureza e Matemática(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-11) Silva, Aureliano Gomes da; Cenci, Adriane; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9828410515704583; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1922467739686781; Bastos, Amélia Rota Borges de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1075436289053313; Kranz, Cláudia Rosana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9780536669387272; Romani, Elizabeth; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2598480911657526This study is linked to the Graduate Program in Special Education at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte and focuses on a public high school located in São Gonçalo do Amarante, RN, Brazil. It highlights Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a pedagogical approach that can foster school inclusion. The main objective was to analyze how high school Science and Mathematics teachers from this school learned about UDL while participating in an in-service training program. Six teachers were invited to take part in the study. This research is characterized as a pedagogical intervention, involving the planning and implementation of innovations aimed at promoting advances in participants’ learning processes and evaluating the effects of these actions (Damiani, 2012; Engeström, 2011). The intervention consisted of eight formative sessions held between July 9, 2024, and December 3, 2024, followed by a reassessment meeting on May 20, 2025. The sessions took place biweekly during the teachers’ regular planning hours, on Tuesday mornings. Data were collected through audio recordings and photographic records and analyzed using Discursive Textual Analysis (Moraes, 2003). The training sought to promote discussions on UDL and on the participating teachers’ practices, aiming to make them accessible to all students. The course provided opportunities for study, reflection, and the development of pedagogical practices grounded in UDL principles, establishing a meaningful space for teacher professional development. As a product, the research generated a digital training notebook for teachers on Universal Design for Learning as a tool to support all students’ access to the curriculum. The findings indicate the need for continuous, critical, and context-sensitive dialogue with teachers about UDL, in order to strengthen inclusive and accessible pedagogical practices in school settings.Doctoral Thesis Comfort food: da integração das evidências científicas à proposição conceitual e à caracterização do repertório alimentar(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-02-20) Pereira, Juliana Miranda; Lopes, Fívia de Araújo; Medeiros, Anna Cecilia Queiroz de; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7664-4959; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6897910777769874; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8388-9786; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2583445528542625; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7711-1812; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8921344222631261; Lima, Cybelle Rolim de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7786544637320893; Freitas, Fernanda da Fonseca; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6100035014265795; Magalhães, Karine Brito Beck da Silva; Sureira, Thaiz MattosHuman eating behaviour is a complex phenomenon shaped by an interplay of biopsychosocial factors. The consumption of comfort food is a prime example of this, as it is not eaten to satisfy hunger, but rather to evoke specific emotional and psychological sensations and foster social bonds. Despite its relevance, there is still no consensus on a definition of comfort food in the literature. The objective of this thesis is therefore to clarify and deepen our understanding of comfort food by analysing its concept, the contexts in which it is used and the foods that comprise this category, as well as the factors associated with its consumption. The results are presented in three articles. The first study is divided into two articles: a protocol and a scoping review. This study aims to clarify the scientific definition of comfort food by examining how the concept has been understood and in which contexts it is used, identifying the predominant methodological designs in research on the topic, and analysing the factors associated with the consumption of these foods, based on a systematic mapping of available scientific documents. Development of the protocol was guided by the PCC acronym (Population, Concept, Context) and was registered on the Open Science Framework (OSF). It was then developed and published in a specialised journal. Following the protocol phase, the scoping review was conducted. Analysing the elements that comprise the concept identified two macro-dimensions: Hedonic (immediate sensory pleasure and reward) and Eudaimonic (construction of meaning, identity and affective regulation), and an integrative concept was proposed for this food category: tasty food with cultural and identity-related significance that is associated with positive memories and is consumed to promote sensory pleasure, emotional connection, affective regulation and well-being. This emphasises the coexistence of these dimensions in the functions attributed to comfort food. The second study was a secondary investigation which used data extracted from the scoping review. The aim was to characterise the identified comfort foods according to their frequency in the literature, the concept dimensions adopted in the studies and the sources of information. The study also aimed to assess the similarities and differences between the repertoires of comfort foods based on the concept dimensions adopted in the studies and the sources of information. Finally, the study aimed to analyse whether the dimensions of comfort food comprising the study’s guiding concept differ according to the information source. The food repertoires of Researchers and the Hedonic dimension were found to be more restricted, while Participants, Reviews, and the Eudaimonic and Hybrid dimensions exhibited greater diversity. Regarding similarity, low overlap and high exclusivity were observed among the groups. Furthermore, significant variation in the dimensions was observed depending on the information source. This thesis establishes a framework for organising knowledge about this food category, filling conceptual gaps and providing a foundation for future research. Its main contributions include proposing a definition of comfort food and highlighting the need to reformulate research methodology in this field by explicitly incorporating its hedonic and eudaimonic dimensions.Master Thesis Educação pelo trabalho e a integração ensino-serviço na gestão em saúde pública(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-11-24) Luduvico, Maura Roberta Guilherme de Lima; Almeida Júnior, José Jailson de; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-7448-0703; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8768677759534396; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4512684892862311; Sobreira, Maura Vanessa Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4231913524179274; Telles, Mauricio Wiering Pinto; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5568-6877; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3146268167204989It is the responsability of the Public Health System (Sistema Único de Sáude – SUS) to finance the acquiring of Human Resources (RH) in order for attending health and improving the development of knowledge, so that Public Services that are part of Public Health System may serve as a field for the practice of teaching and research. The Ministry of Health has developed many strategies and policies aimed at adapting the training and qualification of workers in order to attend better the health needs of the community and the development of the Public Health System, through the Secretariat for Labor and Health Education Management (SGTES), which is responsible for creating The National Policy on Permanent Health Education (Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde – PNEPS). For reaching this goal is necessary to pay attention and integrate these four pillars – Teaching – Service – Management – Social Control. The Objective of this study was to analyze the integration of teaching and service in the professional training of academics in the regional context of State Health Management. An exploratory- descriptive study with a qualitative approach was conducted, using field research through very well structured interviews as a data collection strategy. The target audience included studants in supervised and extracurricular internships as well as course coordinators, nursing and phsycology internships coordinators from Trairi Faculty of Health Sciences (FACISA/UFRN), in addition to service preceptors, totaling 20 participants. The research was initiated after approval by the ethics and research Committee (CEP), according to CAAE Nº 83014524.0.0000.5568. The study had the purpose to understand how the State Department of Public Health (Secretaria de Estado da Saúde Pública – SESAP), which coordinates the management and healthcare network in the regions of the state, can influence the process of teaching and learning, with a commitment to make the state service available as a field of work for professionals under training or even students. Besides, the research also had the purpose to highlight the role of the V Regional Public Health Unit (V URSAP) as a support mechanism for the implementation of the State Policy for continuing education and strengthening of teaching- service integration, with a focus on the State Management of the SUS. The results indicated that internship´s carried out in the State Management enviroment a significant contribution to the training of the studants, by making them more prepared and confident towards their future professional practice within the SUS. It’s also important to signalize the potential of internships in Public Health Management scenarios, with the integration between teaching and service, according to the view of the actors involved into the process. It can afford the construction or revision of curricular proposals, with the purpose of training critical and reflective professionals in order to make them more familiar with the community health reality, therefore, enabling an understanding of the relevance of the organization, planning and execution of actions and services from the perspective of state and regional management.Master Thesis Efeito do Tocilizumabe na regeneração óssea: inibição seletiva do receptor il-6 em defeitos ósseos críticos(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-11) Melo, Rômulo Camilo de Oliveira; Araújo, Aurigena Antunes de; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9264-4695; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3531154240424211; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0841818499374842; Vieira, Basílio Rodrigues; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2025-7773; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0245597908831634; Gonzaga, Amanda Katarinny Goes; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3640-6451; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8616969977611804Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a pleiotropic cytokine with a biphasic role in bone tissue. While it promotes initial bone repair, persistent signaling drives osteoclastogenesis and pathological resorption, as classically observed in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The clinical efficacy of IL-6 receptor (IL-6R) blockade with tocilizumab (TCZ) in RA reinforces this axis as a therapeutic target and motivates its investigation in bone regeneration. The objective of this study was to evaluate the selective inhibition of IL6R with TCZ on the healing of critical-sized calvarial defects. This is a randomized, in vivo, pre-clinical study involving 24 male Wistar rats (n=12/group): control (collagen sponge) and TCZ (collagen sponge impregnated with TCZ, 2 mg/kg), both subjected to an 8-mm parietal defect. After 90 days, specimens were analyzed via microcomputed tomography (micro-CT), histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and RT-qPCR. TCZ reduced mononuclear inflammatory infiltrate (p < 0.05) and TNFα protein levels (p < 0.01), in addition to decreasing the gene expression of IL-6 (p <0.05), BMP-2 (p < 0.001), and RUNX-2 (p < 0.05). Increased immunostaining for RANKL and cathepsin K (p < 0.05) was observed, while IL-1β (ELISA), osteocalcin, osteopontina, and MMP-9 (IHC) remained unchanged. Micro-CT and histological assessments showed no increase in overall bone formation (p > 0.05), and counts of osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and osteocytes within the defect area were similar between groups (p > 0.05). It is concluded that the inhibition of the IL-6 pathway by TCZ effectively reduces local inflammation but compromises molecular signaling pathways involved in both osteoclastogenesis and osteogenesis.Master Thesis Concordância entre procedimentos de triagem auditiva e o teste de dígitos no ruído (TDR) em estudantes(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-01) Oliveira, Ranielly Nóbrega de; Balen, Sheila Andreoli; Araújo, Aryelly Dayane da Silva Nunes; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3814-2675; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3932225932295114; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3487546022829633; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5116738594130098; Cavalcanti, Hannalice Gottschalck; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2327-8040; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6975482659120440; Comerlatto Júnior, Ademir Antonio; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2746-0851; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6132323467519862Introduction: Identifying hearing loss in students is essential to ensure adequate educational and social development. Objective: To assess the agreement between auditory screening procedures and the Hearing-in-Noise Test (HINT) adapted as the Digits-in-Noise Test (DIN) in students. Method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted with 83 students from the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte – Parnamirim Campus (52.2% female; 15 to 45 years old; mean age = 19.79 years), who underwent audiometric screening, transient-evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) screening, distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) screening, tympanometric screening, and the Digits-in-Noise Test (DIN) in diotic and antiphasic modes. The DIN was administered via an online link on a smartphone using headphones, following an automated adaptive procedure, with cut-off points of –6.7 dB SNR (diotic) and –11 dB SNR (antiphasic). Agreement between procedures was analyzed using Fleiss’ Kappa and Cohen’s Kappa indices. Results: The diotic DIN showed the highest pass rate (98.80%), followed by the antiphasic DIN and DPOAEs (91.57%). The highest failure rate occurred in the TEOAEs (42.17%). Overall agreement between procedures was low (Fleiss’ kappa = –0.20), and pairwise agreement ranged from slight to regular agreement among tests, with the highest agreement observed between tympanometry and DPOAEs. Conclusion: The DIN, particularly in the antiphasic mode, shows greater agreement with otoacoustic emissions in failure outcomes. Nevertheless, the sample size and differences in the distribution of outcomes may have limited the results. The DIN is a functional and promising tool for identifying hearing difficulties related to speech-in-noise recognition, although it does not replace traditional methods. The combination of different procedures contributes to a more sensitive hearing screening process among students.Master Thesis Aprendizado de máquina aplicado nos cuidados com a pele do recém-nascido(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-03) Queiroz, Luciana Maria Varela de; Lins, Hertz Wilton de Castro; Silva, José Adailton da; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6037-7649; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0353536075419724; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1138-4276; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7712686175574736; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2446858665103220; Freitas, Cijara Leonice de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3435619523270147; Nagem, Danilo Alves Pinto; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4828-1107; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5934458385325202During the neonatal period, preserving skin integrity is a fundamental aspect of nursing care. Around 80% of newborns develop some skin injury within the first month of life, especially premature babies, so it is essential to have a qualified team. Studies carried out in Brazil demonstrate that the incidence of skin lesions in hospitalized newborns is approximately 40.4%, with diaper dermatitis being the most common lesion. Therefore, this study aims to build a decision tree for newborn skin care. This is methodological research with a quantitative approach where the population will be composed of nurses who carry out their activities in the neonatal intensive care unit of Maternidade Escola Januário Cicco, with the sample consisting of 16 professionals. The study was conducted two phases: the first involved a systematic review, and the second phase comprised data collection, which was carried out through interviews, followed by the construction and validation of the decision tree. For processing the collected data, the instruments were numbered, and the variables were coded and entered into a data spreadsheet embedded in the Excel program for Windows. This work was submitted to the Institution's Ethics and Research Committee, in accordance with Resolution No. 466/12 of the National Health Council. It is expected that this research will contribute to the knowledge of the nursing team regarding the prevention of skin lesions in newborns. born, as well as improving teaching/research practice in the hospital environment. Furthermore, strengthening patient safety and preventing harm, also reducing infection rates and length of stay.Master Thesis A degradação de geotêxtil tecido de polipropileno sob exposição natural de curta duração em ambiente costeiro(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-08-28) Opolski, Wagner José; França, Fagner Alexandre Nunes de; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8113-622X; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6854485206744906; https://orcid.org/0009-0006-1634-0722; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0847860777713083; Silva, Jonathan Mota da; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9995-8451; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3379521354576211; Medeiros, José Ivan de; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8888-4765; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0875521131771417; Dias Filho, José Luiz Ernandes; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6315-8049; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6015049259519646; Fonseca, Viviane Muniz; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2153-0858; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1977121411791179Woven geotextiles are widely used in engineering works, but their durability under coastal weathering, especially in short-term applications, still lacks detailed experimental data. Design reduction factors, often conservative, can lead to the oversizing of temporary structures. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the mechanical properties of a polypropylene (PP) woven geotextile subjected to short-term coastal weathering. For this purpose, an experimental program was conducted in a coastal environment, exposing geotextile samples under a factorial design that included three exposure periods (42, 84, and 126 days), three support types (on a black surface, on a white surface, and suspended), and two inclination angles (6° and 45°). The material’s degradation was quantified through strip tensile tests to determine strength and stiffness, complemented by Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) to investigate changes in thermal stability. The microclimate on the sample surfaces was monitored, and the influence of the factors was statistically validated by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results indicated that degradation does not follow a linear pattern but rather a two-phase behavior: an initial phase of material stiffening (up to 84 days), followed by an abrupt and widespread drop in mechanical properties in the third period. The contact surface proved to be a determining factor, with the black substrate inducing the most severe degradation (strength losses up to 31.5% and stiffness losses exceeding 90%) due to intense thermal stress. In contrast, the white surface acted as a degradation mitigator. The suspended samples showed degradation almost as severe as those on the black substrate, suggesting that the combination of photo-oxidation on both faces and mechanical stress from wind is equally critical. The experimentally determined Durability Reduction Factors (F RD), which reached a maximum of 1.46, were significantly lower than the values recommended in the literature for permanent works. It is concluded that design criteria for temporary applications can be optimized based on experimental data, avoiding unnecessary oversizing and promoting a more efficient use of geosynthetics.Master Thesis Atividades de educação permanente em saúde e registros clínicos: ações junto à equipe multiprofissional de um hospital geral público(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2025-12-15) Costa, Paloma Batista; Azevedo, Dulcian Medeiros de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7071042889558651; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1906061913877471; Lucena, Eudes Euler de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6969519171915250; Carvalho, Rhanna Emanuela Fontenele Lima de; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-3406-9685; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1388111488949476Communication among the multidisciplinary team is essential for continuity of care and patient safety, with the medical record as the primary tool. Failures in the records compromise the quality of care and highlight the need for Continuing Health Education (CHE) initiatives. The objective was to develop Continuing Health Education activities focused on clinical record in medical charts, aiming to promote reflection, improve knowledge, and strengthen record practices among the multidisciplinary team. This is an intervention study, with a qualitative approach, developed through action-research, conducted with professionals from the multidisciplinary team of the Telecila Freitas Fontes State Hospital (HETFF), located in the city of Caicó/RN. Thirty-seven professionals participated in the research between May and July 2025. The methodological path included the following phases: exploratory (diagnostic questionnaire), planning (structuring of workshops), action (three educational workshops with active methodologies and a final seminar) with the following themes: initiation of clinical record; safe practices; safe practices and standardization; and evaluation (descriptive analysis of the questionnaires and qualitative discussion with the support of a field diary). The technical product of the study was the creation of a orientations guide for clinical records keeping. The study revealed a predominantly female professional profile, young, and qualified, with emphasis on nurses and social workers. During the workshops, four themes were addressed: introduction to clinical records, ethical and legal implications, safe practices, and standardization of records in the interdisciplinary perspective, totaling six training sessions. The activities, based on active methodologies such as discussion groups, case studies, simulations, and collaborative production, promoted critical reflection, multi-professional integration, and improvement of clinical records practices. Advances were observed in the understanding of record as an act of care and an ethical and legal instrument, although challenges related to low participation in workshops persist. The CHE actions promoted reflection and improvement of practices, although challenges such as low participation in training and structural limitations still persist. The participatory development of a orientations guide was consolidated as a practical and sustainable tool, reinforcing the culture of continuous improvement. Systematic integration of CHE into institutional routines and investment in technologies that optimize records are recommended.
