This is an exploratory, descriptive study, with a qualitative approach to data processing and analysis. Data collection was conducted between November and December 2015 through an interview, recorded and emphasized on issues that address on nursing practice and his team in control of dengue and chikungunya fever in the FHT acting area. It was used as a method of observation data Bardin content analysis. After analysis, there was the creation of two categories - health education and specific campaigns. First, the respondents reported performing educational lectures, but do not explain the methodology used and not requesting public participation, as well as coordination with the city endemics sector to strengthen the discussion. Second, some actions are character welfare campaigner/hygienist performed by nurses of the municipalities in which they become quite present in the statements, and these actions taken by campaigns of “cleaning”, “cleaning” by the health team. There is a strong presence of the campaigner model/ hygienist rooted both in actions and in educational activities, using as methodology the lecture. Eighty cylindrical metal specimens were manufactured with aid from a steel matrix, measuring 4 mm in diameter by 4 mm height. The specimens were divided into eight groups (n=10), according to surface treatment applied to the metal alloy and type of ceramic tested. These were evaluated in accordance with shear strength criteria and, with the aid of optic microscopy the remained ceramic area adhered to metal after fracturing was evaluated. Specimens of G6 (manufactured with Noritake Ceramic treated with airborne particle abrasion-26.401 ± 11.637 MPa) presented the highest shear bond strength (p> 0,05), whereas the lowest values were recorded for G4 (the Vita Ceramic specimens bur treated -13,440 ± 7,766 MPa). G6 (19425,4 μm2) presented the biggest ceramic area adhered to metal (p> 0,05), whereas G4 (2310,2 μm2) presented the small area. In conclusion, G6 had the highest values for shear bond strength and metal adhere to surface, whereas G4 had the lowest values. A theoretical model is proposed, discussed, and implemented on a cluster composed of Raspberry Pi computer boards designed and built in order to test the proposed system architecture. Experimental results show adequate performance of the proposed platform when compared with other web servers running on traditional server architectures, but with considerably less power consumption. The power consumption of the entire cluster is about 14 W when running at maximum performance. In this situation, the system is able to handle more than 450 simultaneous requests, with about 1000 transactions per second, making it possible to be used as a server capable of handling real web workloads with acceptable quality of service. When the requests demand is reduced to a minimum, the power consumption is dynamically reduced until less than 2 W.
