Abstract

The purpose of this document, requested by the Instituto Metrópole Digital of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte-IMD, is to present a Reference Guide with a documentary structure that will serve as a reference for future research regarding the Headings table of the Government Payroll System of the State of Rio Grande do Norte. Main characteristics of the work, in this work all the facilities that this system is capable of promoting will not be presented, in this presentation model what will be in evidence and the data structure of only one table, the table of headings, the storage will be listed here of a data structure that is a system table, which contains the fields for data storage, whose types, sizes, restrictions and indexes will be thoroughly described. This document is not a manual, it intends to have an analytical vision, seeking to make an easily accessible structure for future research. However, we have to understand that this work model seeks to show the regulations of Laws, Conventions/Collective Agreements and Public Decrees that format the entire structure of a Payroll. This work must be continuous, because the dynamics in which new rubrics are created must also be updated.
