This research is justified by the need to improve the services offered by the library, promoting standardization and identifying bottlenecks in the flows related to the guidance, normalization and deposit of Course Conclusion Papers (TCCs). Thus, the central question that guides this study is: how can the processes of preparing catalog cards and depositing TCCs be visually represented to optimize user service? This is a qualitative research that uses document analysis and interviews with key participants in the mapped processes. The Bizagi Modeler software and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) were used to model the workflows, detailing subprocesses such as the preparation of catalog cards and institutional deposit. Based on the generated flowcharts, it was possible to identify bottlenecks and propose a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), aiming at the standardization and efficiency of activities.
