From this perspective, undergraduate students from the 2022 Pibid Biology Subproject at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) developed this didactic guide as an activity proposal to assist teachers in using the didactic kit titled "The Language of Blood: Exploring the ABO System Three-Dimensionally." This material enhances the understanding of the ABO system in classrooms by allowing students to visualize and handle macro representations of microscopic structures. Both the guide and the didactic kit are designed for public school teachers interested in using the material in lessons covering the ABO system.
