For this matter, production monitoring measures are necessary on the search for the improvement of effectiveness of the produced measures. The aim of this work was to evaluate the performance of two DSC in main cities related to oral care in the Seridó Potiguar region, following the fulfillment of the clinical procedures’ goals proposed by the GM Ordenance No. 1.464/2011. This work is quantitative, descriptive and exploratory for the analysis of the specialized dental services performance and the index for the goals overall achievement was calculated for endodontics, periodontics and minor oral surgeries was calculated according to the Outpatient Information System of the Uni ed Health System (SIA-SUS).Both of the cities studied presented non-satisfactory performance in the evaluated term, varying from bad to regular, in which possibly, factors as population coverage of the oral health teams of basic care and flaws on reference and counter-reference for secondary care show disorganization of services in different levels of care, leading to the lack of care plenitude.Saúde BucalAssistência Odontológica IntegralAvaliação de Serviços de SaúdepostGraduateThesis
