Using a qualitative and phenomenological approach, class observations, diary records, and questionnaires directed at students, teachers, and administrators were conducted. The findings reveal that EDTAM fosters not only technical and artistic development but also emphasizes expressiveness and social inclusion. The research highlights classical ballet as a bodily practice that combines technical discipline, body awareness, and aesthetic education, as outlined in the Brazilian National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). It demonstrates that dance education transcends artistic spaces by integrating educational aspects related to movement, motor coordination, and the holistic development of individuals. By incorporating dance into physical education, EDTAM contributes to broader learning that redefines the perception of body and culture, expanding participants' horizons beyond traditional school practices.
