Method: This is an integrative literature review study that included articles indexed in the following databases: PubMed, Scielo, SCOPUS, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and Web of science. The search for studies took place between October and November 2023. After the researchers selected the texts, 11 articles were selected for full reading, making 5 articles in the final sample. The recommendation of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) was followed. Results: With the complete reading of the selected studies, the identification of nursing diagnoses and which taxonomies were used began. It was found that only NANDA-I nursing diagnoses were used in all studies. In the end, 44 nursing diagnoses used in the prenatal consultation were mapped, highlighting: risk of infection, unbalanced nutrition more than body needs, unbalanced nutrition less than body needs, acute pain, nausea, constipation, urinary elimination impaired, sexual dysfunction and deficient knowledge. Conclusion: In short, this integrative review summarizes the main nursing diagnoses for professionals involved in habitual risk prenatal care, highlighting the importance of a careful and pregnant-centered approach.
