A hybrid building, a mixed use kind, is an alternative to the junction of various needs - once uninmagined as harmonics; diametrically opposed - and works as an answer to meet multiple needs that the users of these buildings have, imposed by the new conditions of occuparion and urban densification of the XXI century. As a proposed project basis for the University Center and Architecture School, beyound the personal experiences of the author - as a undergraduate student in Architecture at UFRN - a simplified post-occupancy (POE) evaluation was held on the site in which comprises the Architecture and Urbanism Laboratories and its environs - as well as the Centro de Tecnologia (CT), Classes Sector IV, among other areas of interest. The POE, which was intended for users with some relation to the UFRN (graduate students and postgraduating students, teachers, employees, etc.), sought to ascertain the main thoughts of this universe of respondents considering not only improvements for the Atrium (popularly known as "Chicken Coop") and physical space of the course, but still considering the infrastructure of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte as a whole.
