Sistema de reuso de água proveniente de aparelhos de ar condicionados para fins não potáveis: estudo de caso aplicado ao Centro de Tecnologia da UFRN. 2017. 19f. In such way, the exploitation of water produced by air conditioner machines, through applications in which non-drinkable water can be used, such as cleaning and irrigation has been shown as a potential practice to reduce environmental impacts of the incorrect use of water. This project has as its main objective to analyze the economic and constructive viability of the condensed water exploitation applied to the Technology Center of UFRN. The methodology involves the elaboration of a project, water quality analysis, system efficiency evaluation and the respective costs of implantation. The study indicates that the monthly offer of water produced by the air conditioned machines is of 17,937.00 liters which is equivalent to 89.5% of the water demand for local irrigation, considering an eight hour working cycle. Beyond the economy in the water consumption, the system allows a quick pay-back. Therefore, the system implantation presents itself as a sustainable alternative in the search for hydric resources. The expectation is to encourage the environmental education through smart environmentally solutions that can contribute to further professionals’ education.openAccessReuso de águaSustentabilidadeAr condicionadoCrise hídricaProjetoSistema de reuso de água proveniente de aparelhos de ar condicionados para fins não potáveis: estudo de caso aplicado ao Centro de Tecnologia da UFRNbachelorThesis
