Based on data from 2018 to 2024, the research structured portfolios composed of BR-REITs with higher and lower P/B ratios, comparing their performance with the IFIX index. The Higher P/B Portfolio showed both total return and volatility above the index. On the other hand, the Lower P/B Portfolio experienced negative performance. Nevertheless, the study concludes that integrated approaches should be employed, encompassing not only quantitative indicators but also qualitative and contextual aspects.
