Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Educação Física)–Departamento de Educação Física, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2015.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/47894All those who practice exercise physical are at risk of suffering from sports fatigue, also known as overtraining, a condition that impairs performance and reduces the resilience of the body after training (for soccer activity this is no different). Soccer is a sport that is characterized by efforts which the intervals are uneven, with acyclic movements and repeated intensity changes, and can be described as a sport that uses different energy sources and some physiological generalities. Because of this it is worth noting the study of fatigue, intense fatigue caused by great physical effort. This study aimed to demonstrate the importance of having a greater focus on fatigue, analyzing the fatigue indexes through physical tests and technicians in young players child category. Field research involved 23 young soccer players who were willing to join the present study, in two sessions in the period A 13 and 15 October 2015. We chose to children's soccer school to be directly linked to the future of our game and somehow want to contribute to the formation of these. At the end of the work and in possession of the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that athletes should use the practice of horizontal jump, speed and ball control as a continuous guiding tool for athletic growth in the future.openAccessExercício FísicoFadigaFutebolControle da sessão por meio de testes físicos e técnicos em jovens futebolistasbachelorThesis
