The planned actions include raising awareness among managers about the importance of these skills, applying the DISC test, and offering a preparatory course consisting of three modules, each covering fundamental aspects for professional development and efficient management. Continuous monitoring of participants' progress will allow adjustments in approaches, and a questionnaire will be administered to assess the effectiveness of the course. The final considerations highlight the expected benefits, such as improvements in organizational dynamics and interpersonal relationships, in addition to proposing challenges, such as managers' adherence and institutional barriers.
