It is recognized that the onboarding of new employees is the first contact that the incoming person has with the organization's culture while being hired, so it is important that this is performed in a way that reflects the real concern and interest of the organization towards people. For the purpose of research evolution, a theoretical survey is carried out about the conceptualization, construction and mapping of processes, and then the tools to be used are chosen in order to give visibility to the process practiced in the organization.
