The proposal arises from the intention of exploring the connections between photobooks and memory, revealing layers of time and affection through visual narrative constructions that shape a sensitive documentation of an urban center. The photobook Cidade Silenciosa brings together current and archival images of the Cidade Alta neighborhood in Natal/RN, a space marked by both abandonment and affective memories, creating a dialogue between past and present.
