Every trimester, hormonal and biomechanical changes occur, which create discomfort in pregnant women, impacting the performance of their daily activities and consequently their functionality. Methods: This is a cross-sectional, quantitative, convenience study, with a sample of 104 pregnant women at usual risk of a single fetus, with gestational age between 9 and 36 weeks, chronological age between 18 and 34 years, residents of any location in Brazil, in online format, between January and March 2023. Sociodemographic, obstetric and lifestyle data were collected and the WHODAS questionnaire, with 36 questions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression models. Results: The average chronological and gestational ages were 27.80±5.58 years and 20.96±8.48 weeks, respectively. There was an increase in the total WHODAS score with advancing gestational age, indicating a greater impact on functionality, cognition (p<0.001) and self-care (p=0.004).
