The research entitled “Update of the Tourism Supply of the Municipality of Bodó – RN” aims to analyze and update the local tourism activity panorama, identifying opportunities for sustainable development in the sector. The central theme of the study involves the appreciation of the municipality’s natural, cultural, and historical attractions, taking into account the existing infrastructure and the services offered to visitors. The theoretical framework is based on authors in the fields of Tourism Planning, Sustainable Tourism, and Regional Development, with an emphasis on the systemic approach to tourism as a multidisciplinary phenomenon. This is a descriptive-exploratory research with a qualitative-quantitative approach. The methodology included field data collection through research forms, interviews with residents and public managers, direct observation, and document analysis, in accordance with the tourism supply inventory methodology developed by the Laboratory of Tourism Research and Studies (Lapet) at UFRN. Secondary data from official sources such as IBGE and state tourism agencies were also considered. The main results reveal that Bodó has natural attractions of significant scenic and geological value, such as rock formations, waterfalls, hills, and trails, in addition to cultural manifestations and a little-publicized historical heritage. However, the study identified the need for investment in basic tourism infrastructure, professional training, and tourism promotion strategies.
