The justification for this research is the need to disseminate the knowledge produced within the institution, thereby facilitating the training of new employees. Therefore, the central question driving this research is: how is the macroprocess of the Chagas Disease Control Program (PCDCH) and its subprocesses visually represented within the Endemics Sector? This is a basic qualitative study, involving document analysis and interviews with key users of the mapped processes. For this purpose, Bizagi Modeler software was used along with the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), as well as Canva and Google Docs.
