Avaliação do perfil medicamentoso e possíveis interações medicamentosas em pacientes com Doença Renal Crônica submetidos ao programa de hemodiálise. 2022. 28 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Nutrição) - Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Santa Cruz, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/46387This study aimed to identify the drug profile and polypharmacy, as well as the nutritional status of patients. This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study carried out in a Nephrology clinic, located in the city of Santa Cruz - RN. Data collection took place through individual face-to-face interviews from December/2019 to January/2020, after which the tabulation was performed in a Microsoft Excel 2013 spreadsheet. To measure weight and height, the scale used was the scale digital with anthropometer (Welmy brand 200kg and model W 200/100). The crossing between drugs was carried out on the Drugs.com platform, with the purpose of identifying possible drug interactions and classifying them according to severity, in addition, searches for drug interactions were carried out in the scientific literature through the platforms: Pubmed and Biblioteca Virtual Health. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 21.0 software and the statistical tests used were Pearson's Chi-square and Fisher's exact test, the results were considered significant when p<0.05. The total number of individuals who met the inclusion criteria were 47, 46.8% (n = 22) were male and 53.1% (n = 25) were female. The mean age was 52.31 ± 16.24 years, most of the sample was eutrophic, 55.3% (n=25); 40% (n=19) were hypertensive and 48.9% (n=23) had an indication of anemia (hemoglobin <12g/dL). The average number of drugs per patient was 4 substances, and 19 possible drug interactions were identified in 25% (n=12) of the participants. Nutritional status was associated with drug interactions and there was a significance between this relationship (p<0.05), in addition, it was observed that eutrophic patients had the lowest prevalence of the presence of possible drug interactionsAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Doença Renal Crônica.
