Turns into a nice tourist program because culinary can easily highlight a place's culture. From this point of view and keeping in mind Natal as a tourist hub in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, this came up as a choice of theme being developed. This paper has as most important aim to develop a draft of a gastronomic complex as a space to relax and local economic development, especially for tourists. The work was developed in architectural project field and was split in: Theoretical foundation, referential studies, development of project and presentation of the final work. As results, the "Gastronomic Complex Duna", located in Ponta Negra beach, Natal/RN.
