The problems of neglect and ill-treatment goes beyond the frontiers of suffering and cruelty to animals, as they generate a sequence of negative issues related to public health, overpopulation control and urban accidents. The lack of specialized centers in the work of collecting and treating abandoned domestic animals, coupled with the deficiency of existing NGOs in promoting a space of well-being for the animals recruited, brings the relevance of proposing something related to this theme in our region.
