Over the years, she took on several critical administrative roles and became a key figure in the institution’s restructuring and operations following a severe financial crisis. On the verge of leaving, she faces a dilemma: how to transfer her knowledge to ensure the continuity of processes in an environment characterized by informality, centralized functions, and lack of planning.
