During this period the entire trade had to undergo adjustments and several times it had to close literally in order to contain the peaks of contagion waves. The following thesis has as main objective to analyze the actions implemented by a small company for the gradual resumption of activities. The study took place through qualitative analysis, where through the application of questionnaires to the students and the company manager, it was possible to raise a range of crucial information for this study. For this, we used two sample points: the first sample universe (students of the company in EMAR) and the second sample point (manager of the company EMAR). After applying the questionnaires, we can observe that despite the fear during the adaptation process, the students felt safe to return to the face-to-face classes after the changes that were implemented by the manager and that he managed to develop attractive ways to keep his students without failing to attend to the needs of the students. standards required by OMS.
