The choice of this topic was due to personal interest, given the concerns related to the waste that affects the environment and the high intake of the industrialized products, which are available nowadays. It’s purpose is to encourage better eating habits and provide healthier food. The work’s aim is to find a balance between nature and architecture, through a multifunctional proposal that uses an alternative constructive system. However, the products offered by the establishment are of sustainable origin, but it is not intended to strictly follow the same line of thought in the building.
