The Territory of Mato Grande is characterized as a low dynamic region. While concentrating a large number of projects of agrarian reform settlements, the levels of development achieved by them were not sufficient to establish a new dynamic. In addition, the representative organizations of this segment are generally fragile and many have great difficulty accessing public policy. However, amidst this scenario, the New Hope Association, located in the settlement Rosario in Ceará Mirim, has excelled in the territory by being able to access a set of public policies, especially those aimed at marketing with developments in various aspects of reproduction of the families involved. In this sense, the objective of this research was to analyze the factors which made this association develop its agency capacity particularly as regards access to public policies. From the reconstruction of the trajectory of this association the research seeks to highlight the links that are established between the internal conditions of the organization and the broader political context, building a network capable of supporting different projects. We seek to show how the strategies of action of this association allowed a restructuring in their collective organization. The research demonstrates the important role played by an association of groups that has the capacity to establish networks of cooperation at various levels of the organization. This type of agency translates the efforts of association groups for structuring scenarios that may reconfigure the performance of these segments in rural areas, as constant participation in New Hope in projects for agricultural production in the settlements.

(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2004) Oliveira, Francisca de Paula de; Assunção, Luiz Carvalho de; Andrade, Elizabeth Christina de; Coradini, Lisabete; Gico, Vânia de Vasconcelos
This study it approaches the cultural activity of the mangaeiros, investigating the knowing of tradition from data collected in empirical research in four free markets of the City of the Christmas (Alecrim, Carrasco, Cidade da Esperança, Rocas). The research calls attention for the presence, in these free markets, of the knowing of the tradition. It was looked, therefore, to understand which the directions that the mangaeiros attribute its activities developed in the daily one of the free markets of this city. The methodology prioritizes the etnografia, photos, half-structuralized application of questionnaires and interviews. The theoretical base consists of reflections of authors as Clifford Geertz, Gerd Bornheim, Cláudio Luiz di Stasi, Robert Cardoso Oliveira, Luis of the Cascudo Chamber among others.

Dinâmica econômica e precariedadedo trabalho: os trabalhadores do Baixo-Açu
(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2009) Silva, Sabrina Ângela França; Silva, Aldenôr Gomes da; Costa, Fernando Bastos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2320020734073779; Cavalcanti, Josefa Salete B.; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0215042150980672; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4007407431426989; Clementino, Maria do Livramento Miranda; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8998937158872406
The present work has the aim of studying the existence of an agricultura! precarious labor in a dynamic area with an high technological levei. The central hypothesis is that the search for the manufacturing of quality products with the highest rentability, has made the agricultural companies of the studied area to use the imposition of work conditions that can allow them to have a more profitable activity, considering the fact that these enterprises have available an extremely socially vulnerable labor, which ends up stimulating the use of a precarious work. The study's assumptions are that the relation between modemization/precariousness existent in the area of the irrigated perimeter, like the Baixo-Açu's Project case, cannot be explained only by macro-social factors, like the internai dynamic of the agricultural foods1 chains, but must consider also the local micro-social matters, since the agricultural food's restructuring assumes several developments, complex in scale's levei and in different territories. The concepts of technical progress, rural employees and of labor's subordination to capital in the agricultura, used in this study, were rescued from the studies of the rural sociology, but the concepts of capital mobility, globalization and productive restructuring are originated from the studies of agriculture's sociology, besides that, this sociology was also primordial to the construction of the concepts of precarious labor and flexibilization, together with the labor's sociology. The empirical part was made from a research in which questionnaries were applied to 87 rural employees from the Baixo-Açu Project, in Alto do Rodrigues city, State of Rio Grande do Norte. In the study's area, were also performed interviews with irrigants, institutions placed in the perimeter and with the employees of the irrigated agricultura, as well as with the local labor union. The results of the research affirmed this study's hypothesis, that the appeal to the precarious labor in the Baixo-Açu's Project comes from one strategy that consists in reaching quality products with the highest profitability, considering that the imposition of precarious work conditions is stimulated by the availability of a labor that finds itself in a situation of extreme social vulnerability.

Parting from the idea that Christianity is the great religious phenomena responsible for attributing the Sacred characteristic of the modern western civilization, and that the televising media is its main disseminating agent in this very present moment, our proposal is to analyze, through an epistemological predisposed point of view of the religious phenomenology, which models of Christian Myths are propagated by the media-televising programs. We guided ourselves utilizing the transdisciplinary understanding required by the Science of Complexity, with the intent of creating a dialogue between the delineated fields of knowledge in this work, thus consisting of Religious Studies, Social-anthropology and Communication Sociology, as form to perceive what happens to the sacred mythical-Christian phenomenon, when exposed by massive models, which amongst them televising programs are included. For this understanding, we searched distinct inquiry models, serving as a better way to inwiden the knowledge on how to better reveal the Christian Myth models in media-televising. The choice in selecting Bourdieu´s Symbolic Interactions and the analyses of the Mythical-sacred reflection brought by Eliade and Morin, served us in great amount as to contributing to the necessary information required in this very research, a time that in the first stage, we reflect the model of the institutionalized religion and its interaction in the religious-televising format, being founded on the operandus way of logical capitalism, opposed to the second stage which consisted of an even bigger target of our analyses, consisting on the multidimensional aspects of the religious experience, which deals with the phenomenology that circumscribes the Live Myth as the word or the speech that tells of the Sacred, allowing that its narrative be preserved, transmitted and repeated in an infinite way, living, reliving and disclosing the sacred event.

The present study has the objective of analyzing how the users of the Center for Juridical Assistance of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (NAJ/UFRN) represent the brazilian Judicial Power, undoing the dominant concept about justice and Law. Our study is divided in two levels. In the first one we analyse the historical moments that show the connection between justice, Law and ideology. In the second level we analyse the data obtained in the final stage of our research, identifying how the brazilian Judicial Power is represented by the individuals that have judicial actions sustained by NAJ/UFRN, showing that justice, law and ideology are linked, despite of the discourse preached by the capitalist judiciary model.

It examines, in the present research, concurrent, families in which there is a common partner in conjugal cohabitation with two different women or a man and a woman. The methodology used is the case study, from two trials that were brought to the Judiciary, in which the Supreme Court gave general repercussion in the year 2012, to which all other cases in the country were treated similarly. From these paradigmatic cases, this study has discussed the theories of patriarchy, male domination, sexual pact as well as the existing power relations in legal forms. The family is central to human being and condition for his humanization and sociability, aside from being a permanent and global phenomenon. In all eras and societies has always existed some kind of family arrangement. In developing the study, were placed in communication two fields of knowledge (law and social sciences) that were completed to reveal assumptions and unexpected results. The research proved challenging, to the extent that the theme family includes a series of ideas and preconceptions of the history of each person, which makes difficult the estrangement necessary for opening the new possibilities. Finally, there is the inevitable trend to the recognition, through the legal forms, of families in concurrency.

This thesis presents an experimental research on the human condition of being imaginative in contemporary times. The condition of the imaginator is conceived by the inseparable relation between image and thought. Based on this we affirm that the image exists potencially in the thought and that every artificial image is first and foremost a thought image. From this conception I seek to develop empirically methodological strategies to work the thought through the creation of images. The methodology involves the creation of images through the word to later be produced in the form of video. The field of realization of this research takes part directly of the Program of Initiation to Teaching in Social Sciences of UERN, and, indirectly, of three public High Schools institutions of Mossoró. The experiment was developed between March 2015 and April 2016.

The systematization of legal education in Brazil is analyzed through the interference of the dominant Eurocentric paradigm that articulates the modern dual cartography that holds the monopoly of knowledge and the monopoly of Law. In Brazil, the formation of dual modern cartography, which seems still valid, followed colonial characterization, according to Santos (2010), reaffirming the tension between appropriation (physical, material, cultural and human destruction) and violence (incorporation, cooptation and assimilation) , developing what Quijano (1992) classifies as the coloniality of power / knowledge / being, responsible for the perpetuation of the European world system, for cognitive injustices, for the monoculture of the mind, and for the sociology of absences, largely theorized by thinkers. such as Quijano (1992), Dussel (2010), Grosfoguel (2008), Lander (2005), Wallerstein (2002), Shiva (2009), Todorov (2011), Santos (2010), Mignolo (1995), Clavero (1994), theoretical support framework for elaboration of this study. Starting from the premise "coloniality of power / knowledge / being" (seem to configure the context of tension between regulation / emancipation of teaching structures), it is proposed as an objective of the research, to analyze the articulations of power / knowledge / being in the configuration of the world system, proposed by the international institutions: UNESCO, WB, WTO, OECD to the Brazilian State, to overcome the world economic crisis from the 1970s onwards. Higher education, in this context, becomes one of the lucrative cohabitation points for the market, which will have a consequence for legal education. In view of this objective, the empirical question originated from the analysis of theses and dissertations on education and legal education, deposited in the repositories of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). the imposition of the Eurocentric dominant paradigm from the historical formation of Law courses and its perpetuation through the process of coloniality in the different objects analyzed by the authors.
