Article Estratégias para redução de avaria no setor de hortifruti: estudo de caso de um supermercado em Natal-RN(Revista Foco, 2025-06-26) Silva, Jônatas Amom Pereira; Queiroz, Jamerson Viegas; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6701-2036; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9802-6628Este estudo busca investigar as causas e impactos das avarias no setor de hortifrúti em supermercados familiares do Nordeste brasileiro, propondo um modelo de gestão alinhado à hierarquia de perda de alimentos (Fao, 2019) e aos ODS 2, 12.3 e 13. Adotou-se uma abordagem mista, com estudo de caso em uma rede de Natal-RN, combinando: (i) observação direta dos processos; (ii) entrevistas semiestruturadas (16 colaboradores); (iii) questionários (100 clientes); e (iv) análise documental (2024). Utilizou-se análise de conteúdo (qualitativa) e estatística descritiva (quantitativa). Os resultados revelam perdas anuais de 6,93% do faturamento –32% acima da média nacional (5,25% -Abras, 2023) e 82% superior à taxa europeia (3,8% -Eu Fusions, 2016) –, com impacto financeiro de R$ 198 mil acima do esperado para o porte do negócio. Propõe-se um modelo integrado com: Automação low-cost (sensores IoT); Capacitação operacional (treinamentos trimestrais); Parcerias com fornecedores para adequação a padrões de qualidade. Impacto projetado: Redução de 54% nas avarias (para 3,2%), com economia anual de R$ 439,5 mil e contribuição para ODS 12.3 e 13 (Ipcc, 2021). Facing the Era of Knowledge workers tend to seek new directions after retirement, which nowadays is no longer synonymous with rest, but the time to seek a new challenge in the pursuit of continuous personal development and self-realization. This study aims to identify factors that influence decisions for the second half of life. This is a descriptive exploratory study, data were collected through questionnaires given to 53 employees of a bank, who will retire over the next 10 years. The main results have identified a young audience by starting the second half of life, which has a readiness to face this transition to retirement, where the family is a strong influencing factor in decisions to this phase as well as the relationship with the team work and pay. Considering that companies need to constantly seek credit for investments and meet its obligations, factoring companies emerged in Brazil in 1982 with the objective of providing credit support, marketing and advisory services to small and medium- sized companies. The aim of this study is to highlight the evolution, the performance segments and the prospects of the mercantile promotion companies of the south of Santa Catarina state. To diagnose the sector in the region, 40 questionnaires were applied to promote commercial enterprises in the region and 18 responses were obtained. The companies began to promote commercial activity in the region in 1989 and have presented a quantitative growth. Today Amrec factoring's customers are micro enterprises, small and medium business companies, and the industrial sector is the one which most uses its factoring services. Most companies settled in the region were formed by entrepreneurs who had previously worked in the financial market, and the average age of these firms is 6.81 years.
