Bachelor Thesis Análise de viabilidade conômica para apoio à decisão de investimento na transformação de uma residência em uma drogaria(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-18) Martins, Taynah Ingryde da Silva ; Rocha, Miriam Karla; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4948-4782; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1389310423761626; Aramayo, Jesús Leodaly Salazar; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5256663726919593; Noronha, Andre Gustavo Gadelha Mavignier de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8800524734580457The Brazilian pharmaceutical retail sector has shown continuous growth in recent years, driven by increasing demand for medicines and healthcare services, making it an attractive field for investment. In this context, the present study aimed to develop a business project for transforming a residential property into a drugstore located in the Lagoa Azul neighborhood, in the North Zone of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, addressing market, regulatory, structural, and financial aspects. The methodology was characterized as applied, quantitative, and descriptive research, developed through bibliographic, documentary, and market surveys. The study included an analysis of thepharmaceutical sector, the development of the basic engineering project and store layout, the estimation of implementation costs based on the National System of Construction Costs and Indexes Research (SINAPI), revenue projections, operating costs, initial inventory and working capital estimates, as well as cash flow projections and economic feasibility indicators. The total initial investment required for the project was estimated at R$ 187,051.48, including physical adaptations, legal regularization, initial inventory, and working capital. To assess economic feasibility, three revenue scenarios were considered: optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic. The indicators used were Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Discounted Payback Period, adopting a Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) of 15% per year. The results showed that the optimistic and realistic scenarios presented positive NPV, IRR above the adopted MARR, and recovery of the invested capital within the five-year analysis horizon, indicating the economic feasibility of the project. On the other hand, the pessimistic scenario presented unfavorable results, highlighting the project's sensitivity to revenue variations. It is concluded that the implementation of the drugstore presents potential financial returns and favorable conditions for its realization, provided that appropriate management and operational control practices are adoptedBachelor Thesis Violência doméstica e no trabalho: um estudo de caso do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 21ª Região(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-30) Moura, Walesca Araújo de; Veras, Érica Verícia Canuto de Oliveira; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7707-4003; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6098251246978722; Chaves, Luciano Athayde; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5174-9527; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5567771993934287; Evangelista, Gabriela Borba; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1196351847590081This study aims to understand the ramifications of gender-based violence in the corporate environment, specifically regarding the dynamics between the female worker and the employer following the implementation of paid leave, as provided for in Article 9, § 2, II, of the Maria da Penha Law. To achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology with a descriptive research design was adopted. Research techniques included a literature review covering the concepts of patriarchy, gender, the sexual division of labor, and legal protections for victims in the workplace. Additionally, a documentary search was conducted using the "Falcão" electronic system, identifying a decision by the Regional Labor Court of the 21st Region (TRT21) that served as the basis for a case study. The dispute analyzed involved discriminatory dismissal and the imposition of forced vacation time while the victim was in institutional care, highlighting how domestic violence erodes employment relationships. Furthermore, the analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of applying the guidelines from the National Council of Justice (CNJ) Protocol for Judging with a Gender Perspective in counteracting structural inequalities during legal proceedings. In conclusion, the study finds that formally guaranteed substantive rights do not, in themselves, prevent the persistence of discriminatory practices or the reproduction of patriarchal logic in the workplace. It concludes that the labor justice system must perform a reconstructive role through a conscious interpretive process, moving beyond traditional neutrality to realize substantive equality and, consequently, ensure safe and supportive work environments for women.Bachelor Thesis O papel das corregedorias militares estaduais no fortalecimento da Justiça Militar à luz do § 5º do art. 10 da Lei 14.751/2023(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-30) Oliveira, Camila Fernandes de; Leão, Paulo Roberto Dantas de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1401819129523664; Pereira, Erick Wilson; https://orcid.org/0009-0005-9147-9516; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0875921292981128; Alcântara, Ricardo Wagner de Souza; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-2933-3373; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6566254988094008This study aims to analyze the performance of the oversight bodies of state military institutions, seeking to understand how these bodies contribute to the effectiveness of Military Justice, especially after the enactment of §5 of Article 10 of Law 14.751/2023, which regulated the performance of state military oversight bodies. This is a qualitative research study with a deductive and dialectical approach, employing bibliographic and documentary research, as well as an examination of relevant legislation and specialized doctrines. In addition, an empirical study of a mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) nature was conducted through a survey using an electronic questionnaire administered to military police and fire departments throughout Brazil. The results obtained demonstrated that the role of state military inspectorates is significantly relevant to the effectiveness and strengthening of military justice, since they act in the pre-trial phase, investigating military crimes through judicial police activities, and also act as support bodies in the execution of warrants and judicial measures within their institutions, as outlined in §5 of article 10 of the aforementioned Law. Finally, the work developed internally by the inspectorates, both in the investigation and punishment of disciplinary transgressions and in preventive actions, contributes significantly to maintaining the integrity of their institutions, as well as to preserving the most basic principles of militarism: hierarchy and discipline.Bachelor Thesis Análise da viabilidade de um empreendimento em base domiciliar no ramo da confeitaria para famílias de baixa renda(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-22) Alves, Lucas Vinicius Garcia; Rocha, Miriam Karla; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4948-4782; Werner Kleyson da Silva Soares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4030755944657467; Gabrielli Harumi Yamashita; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2255716183622190Bachelor Thesis A relação entre justiça e Paideia: uma leitura a partir da República de Platão(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-07-02) Pinheiro, Johnny Ricardo; Markus Figueira da Silva; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3036-6575; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0709727083553042; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4057-7894; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8761059643025338; Antonio Júlio Garcia Freire; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2415-6344; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0013544940760128; Rodrigo Vidal do Nascimento; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6114220659165729The present work analyzes the relationship between justice and paideia in Plato's Republic, drawing on Books I, II, III, IV, and VII. The study proceeds from the hypothesis of a triadic structure: first, the aporia of justice in Books I and II, which exposes the inadequacy of traditional definitions and the need for a theory of soul-formation; second, the educational process of the guardians in Books II, III, and VII, in which mousiké, gymnastiké, and dialectic establish the ethical and psychological conditions for justice; and third, the realization of this relationship in Books IV and VII, by defining justice as the hierarchical harmony of the soul's parts and periagogé as the philosophical culmination of the formative process. Methodologically, the work brings together the immanent analysis of Platonic texts, the historical-philosophical contextualization of Greek paideia, and critical engagement with commentators such as Werner Jaeger, Nicholas Pappas, Hans-Georg Gadamer, Karl Popper, and Hannah Arendt. It is argued that, in Plato, justice is neither a natural given nor a mere convention, but the outcome of a formative process that transforms human nature, one that can only be stabilized within the polis through the philosopher-ruler, the supreme product of an integral paideia. The work further shows that periagogé does not break with the preceding educational stages, but preserves and elevates them, converting justice from habit into knowledge and from obedience into understanding. The critiques put forward by Popper regarding the alleged totalitarianism of the Republic, and by Arendt concerning the subordination of political action to contemplation, are answered through resources internal to the dialogue itself, by characterizing the kallipolis as a normative model rather than an immediate political program, and by grounding the ruler's legitimacy in the absence of any desire for power.Bachelor Thesis Reforma tributária sobre o consumo: um estudo de caso sobre a atuação administrativa e planejamento tributário de uma empresa distribuidora de Natal/RN(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-30) Santos, Sthela Mayara Mateus dos; Gonçalves, Augusto César Silva.; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9957839329030144; Souza, Renata Alexia de Brito; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6963809539825670; Lucena Filho, Rômulo Benício; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0730-7681; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2761555603345617This study aims to analyze how a goods distributor in Natal/RN, a medium-sized company under the ‘Simples Nacional’ tax regime, can plan and make decisions regarding its commercial activities, which are conducted through Business-to-Business (B2B) operations, considering the tax reform on consumption and specifically focusing on the period de transição do ICMS para o IBS (2029–2032). Using a methodology predominantly qualitative, through a case study—the research is theoretically grounded in studies on the national tax system, tax reform on consumption, ICMS (including a focus on the importance of ICMS for the state of Rio Grande do Norte), differences between ICMS and Dual VAT (IVA Dual), CBS, IBS, the transition from ICMS to IBS, ‘Simples Nacional’, and a comparison between CBS/IBS collection via the PGDAS-D system versus the normal tax regime. The decision-making determinants of the case-study company were explored by analyzing historical revenue data, cross-referencing them with legislative changes (Supplementary Law no. 214/25), and incorporating the perceptions of managers and interviewed experts. The results reveal that the decision to adopt the ‘Hybrid Simples Nacional’ regime should not be based solely on minimizing immediate tax costs, but on maintaining commercial competitiveness in Business-to-Business (B2B) operations. The research concludes that the ability to generate tax credits for buyers acts as an indispensable strategic differentiator, requiring the administration to shift from a passive tax reporting posture to an active tax governance approach capable of sustaining the company within the value chain in the new Dual VAT scenario.Bachelor Thesis Memorial descritivo: "Em trânsito 1-3"(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-25) Felipe, Jade Helena Cunha; Rocha Filho, Ruy Alkmim; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-6341-0643; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4519158858937687Bachelor Thesis Transformações no planejamento governamental: o uso de tecnologias digitais na gestão dos serviços públicos(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-29) Filgueira, Geovanna Vasconcelos; Medeiros, Sara Raquel Fernandes Queiroz de; 2652016175490707; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2652016175490707This work explores the transformations in government planning stemming from the use of digital technologies in public service management, focusing on the municipality of Natal/RN. The central objective is to diagnose the role of digital governance as a support for the decision-making process, aiming to improve public policies. Thus, the study analyzes how the systematic use of data and technological tools can make the administration more efficient, integrated, and responsive to social demands. The research employs a qualitative, exploratory approach, including a literature review, documentary analysis of the 2026–2029 Multi-Year Plan (PPA), and the application of a questionnaire to civil servants from the SEMURB, SEMSUR, STTU, and URBANA secretariats. Through this methodology, results were obtained indicating that, although initiatives to modernize management exist, the municipal administration faces significant structural challenges. Among the main challenges are the lack of interoperability between systems, the lack of strategic technological planning, and cultural resistance, which often limits IT to technical support functions. It is concluded that technology must act as a resource to strengthen state capacity and collective well-being, where investing in technology extends beyond a "showcase" and becomes an instrument for social inclusion and administrative efficiency. Therefore, the construction of a smart city must prioritize the social body, using technological tools to support decisions that respond in due proportion to the historical demands of the population of Natal.Bachelor Thesis O problema do engano face à existência de Deus no sistema cartesiano(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-07-03) Cândido, Lucas Gabriel Ferreira; Ciccarelli, Vincenzo; 0000-0002-8996-9170; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7888576302590949; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5521718257615054; Ciccarelli, Vincenzo; 0000-0002-8996-9170; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7888576302590949; Moraes, Dax; 0000-0002-7634-3611; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6057299637983019; Vaz, Bruno Rafaelo Lopes; 0000-0002-5110-7356; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8825056204900445The present work analyzes the argumentative path developed by René Descartes in the Meditations on First Philosophy with the aim of understanding how the philosopher justifies the possibility of human error even after demonstrating the existence of a supremely perfect, powerful, benevolent, and non-deceptive god. To this end, the research carries out an exegetical analysis of the Meditations, complemented by the Discourse on the Method and the Principles of Philosophy, examining the movement that begins with hyperbolic doubt as a procedure for suspending uncertain knowledge and progresses toward the reconstruction of the foundation of science. Initially, it exposes that the radical application of doubt leads to the discovery of the ego cogito as the first indubitable certainty, establishing the subject as a thinking substance distinct from bodily reality. Subsequently, it investigates the ideas present in the understanding and presents the two Cartesian demonstrations of the existence of God: The first, grounded in the principle of causality and in the impossibility of a finite substance being the adequate formal cause of the idea of infinity; and the second, based on the analysis of the essence of the absolutely perfect being, whose existence necessarily belongs to its own nature. The research therefore argues that the confirmation of divine existence allows the overcoming of the evil genius hypothesis, guarantees the truth of clear and distinct perceptions, and restores the possibility of knowledge of mathematics and material reality, understood essentially as an extended substance apprehensible by the intellect. Finally, it shows that error does not arise from a deficiency in known objects nor from an imperfection present in this perfect god, but rather from the inadequate relation between the human faculties of understanding and will, occurring when the subject gives assent to contents that are not apprehended clearly and distinctly. It concludes, therefore, that the cartesian solution to the problem of error simultaneously preserves divine perfection and the subject’s responsibility for the misuse of freedom, establishing the discipline of judgment and the proper use of memory as necessary conditions for the constitution of true and certain knowledge over time.Bachelor Thesis Análise da saúde financeira de uma empresa varejista de pequeno porte(Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, 2026-06-18) Silva, Maria Leticia Santos da; Rocha, Miriam Karla; Bastos, Marcos Filho Lima; https://orcid.org/0009-0008-9306-157X; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8599594544728728; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4948-4782; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1389310423761626; Aramayo, Jesus Leodaly Salazar; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5256663726919593; Mariz, Fernanda Barreto de Almeida Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5556894774590855
