Gestão escolar eficiente: Escola Municipal Deputado Djalma Marinho

Abstract

This work is the result of an experience during the Supervised Internship in School Management (mandatory) at the Municipal School Deputado Djalma Marinho, located in the Rural Area of the Municipality of Passa e Fica/RN. During this period, it was possible to observe the established work methods, the conflictive situations and methods for resolution, the conditions and contexts for the execution of actions towards the community, external participation, and the application of theories in practical situations in the daily routine. With this, it was possible to achieve the objectives of acquiring more precise knowledge in this area through the various situations experienced on a daily basis with the support of the management team and the course professor. At the end of the internship, the development of a vast amount of learning that contributed to the continuity of a human and participatory education was evident. Some theorists were indispensable for the foundation of this work, such as Paro, Vasconcellos, and Libâneo, in addition to some norms and laws.
