| dc.description.resumo | It is not possible to looking for solutions to the sustainable maintenance issue without considering technology as an integral component of the development. This project was developed with the main purpose of to give an overview of how to deploy the implementation of the specific maintenance tools related to predictive maintenance applicated in an aircraft engines company. The objective is to propose a launch of a strategy for connecting industrial production means, in order to open up possibilities in line with an Industry 4.0 strategy. The ROADMAP shows how could the main action be taken to design the implementation of Predictive maintenance. Because of the confidentiality the ROADMAP can no shows the date of each step of planning, however the roadmap combined with the connection planning will give us a high-level, easy-to-understand overview of the important pieces of a project. For the test and validation, the connection of 15 production resources, connected to the automated monitoring solution were tested. On site, there are 1097 industrial equipment, which 167 are vital, the next target is to connect 90 vital resources and in future 100 % of the resources are under monitoring. Although the project is still in the validation stage, it has already proved efficient for the connection of the 15 machines, it is expected to collect the data and measure what was the impact generated by such changes and connection of machines. | pt_BR |
