Desafios na trajetória pessoal e na graduação em administração no contexto da pandemia do Covid-19

Abstract

The general objective of this work is to present the life story of a student of the undergraduate course in administrative sciences, at the Federal Universit of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN, highlighting the challenges faced during graduation, especiall in the context of the Covid Pandemic 19. The Scientific method addressed in this work is the Phenomenological, which seeks to understand the meaning and intentionality of the phenomenon. The obstacles encountered along the academic trajetory are related to aspects of personal and school history such as truancy, precarious teaching, and Attention Deficit Disorder and Dyslexia - ADHD, making learning difficult. The main challenges faced during graduation in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic were the fear of contagion, the anxiety crises generated by the difficulties in reconciling health care, internship and studies, especially at the time of writing the Monograph, which worsened the symptoms of anxiety. Therefore, despite the challenges during graduation and in the construction of the final work, it is believed that this life story report can serve as an incentive and support for other students who go through the same situation, involving issues related to study, wor, health and coping.
