O ensino de música com carater obrigatório: uma análise da situação das escolas privadas de Natal

Abstract

This research has as goal to identify how goes the implementation of the Law 11.769 passed on August 18th of 2008, altering the Law 9.394 of December 20 th of 1996, on the schools of the private network of fundamental teaching of Natal. To this end, it is observed that the Universities that offers the Licesning in Music arein constant changes to update their course panel to the reality of the classes and the realityexisting in our country. Concerned with the approval of this Law, students that have worked, are working or participating in trainee programs in those schools observes in practice that some schools are working for the inclusion of the new arm in the arts while others have yet to begin to think about it. With this vision we work in this paper regarding the laws andit’s changes throughout the years, telling a brief history of the teaching of music in Brazil, which changes occurred in the Law that deals with this topic, what researchers in this field have gathered of importance, a brief reflection about the Law 11.769 from August 18th of2008 and the results obtained with this work.
